Residential & Commercial Land Development

Over the last 7 years we have started to develop land in the Hamilton area. We started small and graduated to residential surveys. We have also developed some commercial sites where we built commercial buildings and kept them for investment purposes.

Through this experience it has taught us what exactly is needed when developing residential sites and it has aided us immensely in the creation of our complete Disaster Housing Relief Services Package that we offer to various countries when a disaster strikes.
