  • We can complete an ‘Accessibility Report’ that is recognized throughout Ontario with insurance companies and the courts as a tool to justify certain items in your new home
  • We have a certified Environmental Control System (ECS) that can be installed in your home that will aid a disabled person in controlling selected electronic items throughout the home
  • We have testified in court for individuals hurt in automobile accidents to discuss the need for an accessible environment which aids in rehabilitation
  • We have over 20 years of real estate experience in Ontario, Canada, to help you find the right location for your new home build or renovation
  • We will also consult with a contractor of your choice should you choose not to use our new home construction service
